& Your filling material. Is liquid or paste? Any special feature? Thickness? If you don’t know it, please tell us a sample material that is similar to your material. Such as my material is like honey.

& You filling volume. Different volumes need different machine models to work. After knowing your exact filling volume, we could recommend an exact model to you.

& You container pic. It’s important to show your container to us. If you do not produce it yet, please show some similar pic to our sales. We will recommend the right machine based on our rich experience.

& For normal and standard machines, it does not need to ship material and bottles sample to us.

& As for some customization filling lines, such as filling capping and labeling machines, you could ship some bottle caps, and label samples to us. If not, please provide the exact dimensions to us.

& As for materials, we could buy similar materials in the local market.

& Payment item

1, For stock machine, it needs to pay for 100% of the total value before shipment;

2, For the customized machine and filling line, it needs to pay 50% of the total value as a deposit before starting manufacturing, the rest 50% of the total value should be paid before shipment. Some special situations could be discussed with sales.

Our company has a global bank account, which could accept any currency.

& Before ordering, please tell your standard voltage and plug type to sales. We will customize the machine’s voltage based on your requirements. For small machines, it’s free. For a big filling line, it needs extra cost, Very low.

& China standard voltage is 220V/50Hz, we could customize 110V/200V/380V/400V/45V, single phase and three phase.

& For stocked machines, we could ship out about 2-3 working days after receiving payment.

& For customized machines, it needs to be about 15-20 days after receiving the deposit and samples.

After you order the machine, there is a special person to keep in contact with you and update production progress for you. You also could contact sales to record videos and pic for you.

Before paying the balance payment of each order, our engineer will test the machine and use similar bottles and materials to simulate production. The whole progress will be recorded as a video. After you check and confirm it, we will clean it and ship it out.

& Warranty period is 12 months;

& During the warranty period, free for normal spare parts, You only need to cover the shipping cost.

& As for important parts, such as PLC, motor, and touch screen, During the warranty period, you need to cover 70% of the sale price.

& Before shipping, we will free-ship enough normal spare parts with the machine.

& English manual and demo video are provided.

& Our engineer could do video calling with your any time.

Our all machines are wholly packaged before shipping. When you receive the machine, only need to do some simple installation. After plugging in, you could start operating the machine immediately.

For some complex and special devices, you need an engineer to install machines and train your workers in your factory. We could arrange an engineer for you.

The charging standard is $200/day.
